My wife Belinda and I run Weston Farm, a small family business which specialises
in Peony roses, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh farm produce. In 1992 we purchased our farm, which is situated north of Hobart, on rich alluvial river flats, with a unique micro climate. I was awarded the prestigious 2012 Nuffield Scholarship sponsored by Impact Fertilisers and the Tasmanian Government.
